Reterns and refunds

Sample Packs:

Sample packs are provided to ensure that our customers can see the quality and color of our SKANDINAVIA Dividers and Wood Slat Panels before placing an order.  The purchase price of one sample pack will be refunded once an order is placed.

Sample packs are not refundable if an order for dividers or panels is not placed.

SKANDINAVIA Dividers:

We encourage our customers to order a sample pack prior to ordering to make sure that they like the colors and quality of our products.  This is meant to eliminate the return the products because of non suitable colors or material.

Refunds:

Please order a sample if you are not sure that you like or need the product.

We will replace products that were damaged when delivered. The customer is responsible to report any damaged products within 24 hours of delivery.

Because of high shipping cost and high tariffs imposed on our products, we are not able to refund any products as we can not recover the tariffs or shipping cost.
 

Cancellations:

Online orders can be canceled within 24 hours for no charge. A cancellation request after 24 – 48 hours incurs a 25% restocking fee to the client. After 48 hours, online orders cannot be canceled and are subject to the final sale policy.
